Q1. What is an Excel Add-In?
A1. An Excel Add-In is an add-on component that adds to the basic functionality of Microsoft Excel. In order to use an Excel add-in, you must already have Excel installed.

Q2. What are Excel formulas?
A2. Excel formulas are constructs that define what gets returned to the particular cell where the corresponding formula was entered. For example, typing "=Sum(A1:A10)" into a cell will return the sum of cells A1 through A10. There are many built-in formulas in Excel that do processing on the data elements of the spreadsheet. 3-Clicks adds over 100 formulas to this basic set of formulas and allows eBay users to download auction specific data directly in Excel.

Q3. How can 3-Clicks help my eBay operations?
A3. All serious eBay sellers know that it takes non-trivial effort to keep a good sales record. eBay itself only keeps track  of your sales record for 60 days. Therefore, many sellers are using third-party software to help them with the book-keeping.  If you are an Excel user, 3-Clicks would be perfect for you. It allows you to download auction data within 3 clicks, making  it easy to compose a summary of your eBay sales.

Q4. I currently manually log auction information in Excel. Can I integrate my existing data with 3-Clicks?
A4. Absolutely. 3-Clicks was designed with compatibility and flexibility in mind. There is no need to change your spreadsheet  template. Simply use the In-Cell formulas to change the underlying way in which auction data is stored.

Q5. How can 3-Clicks access my eBay account without my password?
A5. In compliance with eBay policy, 3-Clicks does not use or store your eBay password. Instead, you are required to sign a  permission grant through the eBay website to allow 3-Clicks to log into your account using an eBay generated user token.

Q6. I don't have a PayPal account. Can I still purchase from your website?
A6. Yes, you do not need a PayPal account in order to make a purchase. Just follow the instructions in the checkout process and you will be able to make a purchase using one of the major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover).

Showcase FAQ

Q1. How can Showcase help my eBay sales?

A1. Showcase is a photo management program that makes it easy for you to batch resize, rotate generate thumbnails and add watermarks to your photos. You can then upload the photos with a click of a button and have the program automatically generate the html code for photo galleries. The HTML code will be copied to your clipboard where you can paste into your eBay auctions.

Q2. I have my own website and server space. Can Showcase upload to my server space instead of the Prime 2s Sever?

A2. Yes, Showcase can be used with any FTP server. Just choose the "Custom Server" option when uploading your photos.

Q3. I don't have a PayPal account. Can I still purchase from your website?
A3. Yes, you do not need a PayPal account in order to make a purchase. Just follow the instructions in the checkout process and you will be able to make a purchase using one of the major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover).
